Whether you want to get back into shape and lose a few kilos, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, Auckland Park and Woodmead offer top class gym facilities at no additional cost to members.

Fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, a studio and personal trainers. This allows members to attend Pilates, yoga, dedicated spinning classes or enjoy a workout of their own choice.

A steam room, sauna and showers ensure some post workout relaxation.

The gym is a Discovery Vitality and Momentum Multiply accredited facility, so don’t forget to log your workout and receive your points.

Everyday – 05:00 to 21:00

Personal Training

Our experienced personal trainers offer one-on-one training and design fitness regimes for your particular needs (for a nominal fee). For more information, please contact the Sports Manager.
