STARLIGHT CLASSICS IS BACK!

Join RMB for an evening of music and magic at the Country Club Johannesburg, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of RMB Starlight Classics. This popular Afro-Symphonic showcase is a tribute to our beautiful country, bringing together diverse talent under the baton of the legendary Maestro, Richard Cock with guest conductor, Unathi Malunga.

 

The star-studded programme includes: Mafikizolo, Ard Matthews, Zoe Modiga, Rocco de Villiers, the Soweto Gospel Choir, Elza van den Heever, Aubrey Lodewyk, Phenye Modiane and Dancing with the Stars winners: Connell Cruise and Marcello Solimeo, accompanied by the Johannesburg Festival Orchestra.

Please note

  • This is a CCJ MEMBER, MEMBER GUEST and RMB VIP event only. Not open to general public.
  • CCJ breakfast and lunch venues will be open until 14:00 on Sat. 15 and  Sun. 16 September.
  • All other facilities will be closed to all throughout the day on Sat. 15 and Sun. 16 September. The Club will resume normal operations on Mon. 17 September.
  • Please be courteous to others and not waste space. Everyone needs a place to sit.

Entrances and Parking

Please take note of the following:

  • Parking will be available at CCJ, Media Park and SABC. If you do not have a CCJ Parking ticket, please do not attempt to park within the Club.
  • Napier Road Entrance – CCJ parking and walk-in
  • Kingsway Ave Entrance – Drop off only. No vehicles will be allowed to enter.
  • UBER Drop off – Kingsway Ave. Menton Road. Cedar Ave. Please do not drive up to the Napier Road entrance as this will cause unwanted congestion.
