Whether you want to get back into shape and lose a few kilos, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, Auckland Park and Woodmead offer top class gym facilities at no additional cost to members.

Fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, a studio and personal trainers. This allows members to attend Pilates, yoga, dedicated spinning classes or enjoy a workout of their own choice.

A steam room, sauna and showers ensure some post workout relaxation.

The gym is a Discovery Vitality and Momentum Multiply accredited facility, so don’t forget to log your workout and receive your points.


Gym Operating Times:
Everyday – 05:00 to 19:30


CCJ offers multiple classes at both Auckland Park and Woodmead.

Classes available at Auckland Park
Pilates, Cardio Pilates, Yoga, Bootcamp, Movement Class, Kettlebell Workout & Aqua Class

Classes available at Woodmead
Spinning, Pilates, Yoga & Sunrise Yoga

The Club Gym Schedule will provide the time of each class throughout the week. Extra costs may apply to some classes.

Personal Training

Do you want to reach your fitness goals though looking for some guidance along the way?

When you team up with the Personal Trainers at CCJ, you will receive your one-on-one training and personally designed fitness regimes for your particular needs (for a nominal fee).

Looking for a full body, fat burning, music based cardio session? Then join us at either the Auckland Park or Woodmead Spinning Classes.

Together with our qualified spinning instructors, you will climb, sprint, accelerate, decelerate, and dance without knowing it.

Bookings are required for the Woodmead sessions.

Note: All spinning classes are temporarily on hold die to COVID protocols.


The new level of indoor training is here! The Wattbike allows for intense road cycle simulations, in the comfort of the gym.

Wattbikes are available at both the Auckland Park and Woodmead gyms.
